Hezekiel 34

¹Ve Rabbin sözü bana şöyle diyerek geldi:

²Ey insanoğlu, İsrailin çobanlarına karşı peygamberlik et; peygamberlik et ve o çobanlara de ki, Rab Yahve şöyle diyor: Ey İsrailin çobanları, çobanlar kendilerini mi otlatır? Çobanların koyunları otlatması gerekmez mi?

³İşte sizler sütü yiyip bitiriyor, yünle giyiniyor ve besili olanı kesiyorsunuz ama koyunlarımı otlatmıyorsunuz.

⁴Zayıf düşmüş olanı güçlendirmediniz, hasta olanı bedence canlandırmadınız, yaralı olanı sarmadınız, yoldan sapanı geri döndürmediniz ve kaybolanı aramadınız; aksine güçlü olanı ağır emekle yıpratıp ezdiniz.

⁵Çoban olmadığı için koyunlarım dağıtıldı ve kırın tüm yabanıl hayvanlarına yem oldu.

⁶Koyunlarım her dağda ve her yüksek tepede dağıldı; tüm yeryüzünün yüzeyine dağıldılar, onları ne derinlemesine arayan ne de geri döndüren biri vardı.

⁷Bu yüzden, ey çobanlar, Rabbin sözünü dinleyin:

¹²Bir çoban, dağılmış koyunlarının ortasındayken, karanlık ve bulutlu günde sürüsünü nasıl ararsa, ben de koyunlarımı öyle arayacağım; bulutlu ve karanlık günde dağıtıldıkları her yerden onları çekip kurtaracağım.

¹³Onları ulusların arasından çıkaracak, ülkelerden toplayacak ve kendi topraklarına getireceğim; onları İsrail dağlarında, vadilerde ve yeryüzünün tüm yerleşim yerlerinde otlatacağım.

¹⁴Onları iyi bir otlakta otlatacağım; ağılları İsrailin yüksek dağlarında olacak. Orada iyi bir bolluk ve huzur içinde yatıp dinlenecekler ve İsrail dağlarında verimli otlaklarda otlayacaklar.

¹⁷Size gelince, ey koyunlarım, Rab Yahve şöyle diyor: İşte, koyunla koyun arasında, koçlarla tekeler arasında ben ayırt edip yargılayacağım.

¹⁸İyi otlakta otlanmanız yetmezmiş gibi, otlağınızın geri kalanını ayaklarınızla çiğniyor musunuz? Ve durulmuş, berrak suyu içmeniz yetmezmiş gibi, geri kalanını ayaklarınızla bulandırıyor musunuz?

¹⁹Koyunlarım ayaklarınızla çiğnediğiniz otlakta otlanmak ve ayaklarınızla bulandırdığınız suyu içmek zorunda mı kaldı?

²⁰Bu yüzden Rab Yahve onlara şöyle diyor: İşte, ben kendim güçlü koyunla zayıf koyun arasında ayırt edip yargılayacağım.

²¹Böğrünüzle ve omuzlarınızla ittiğiniz, boynuzlarınızla tos vurduğunuz için tüm tükenmiş olanları dışarı doğru sıkıştırıp sürdünüz.

²²Koyunlarımı kurtaracağım, artık asla yağma olmayacaklar; koç ile koç arasında yargıda bulunacağım.

²³Başlarına onları güdecek tek bir çoban, kulum Davutu çıkaracağım; onları o güdecek ve onların çobanı olacak.

²⁴Ben Rab onların Tanrısı olacağım, kulum Davut da aralarında bir önder olacak. Ben Rab söyledim.

²⁵Davutla bir barış antlaşması yapacağım ve kötü yabanıl hayvanları ülkeden yok edeceğim; böylece çölde güvenle yaşayacak, ormanlarda uyuyacaklar.

²⁶Onları dağımın çevresine yerleştireceğim; size yağmuru, bereket yağmurunu vaktinde vereceğim.

²⁷Kırdaki ağaçlar meyvesini verecek, toprak ürününü sunacak ve kendi topraklarında barış ümidiyle güvenle yaşayacaklar. Onların boyunduruğunu kırdığımda ve onları kendilerini köleleştirenlerin elinden kurtardığımda benim Rab olduğumu bilecekler.

²⁸Artık uluslara yağma olmayacaklar, yeryüzünün yabanıl hayvanları onları yemeyecek; ümitle güven içinde yaşayacaklar ve onları korkutan kimse olmayacak.

²⁹Onlar için bir barış fidanı yetiştireceğim; artık ülkede kıtlıktan kırılmayacaklar ve ulusların aşağılamalarına katlanmak zorunda kalmayacaklar.

³⁰Böylece kendilerinin Tanrısı olan Rab olduğumu ve kendilerinin de halkım, İsrail evi olduğunu bilecekler, Rab Yahve böyle diyor.

³¹Sizler benim koyunlarımsınız, sürümün koyunlarısınız ve ben sizin Tanrınızım, Rab Yahve böyle diyor.

¹ΚΑΙ ἐγένετο λόγος Κυρίου πρός με λέγων·

²υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου, προφήτευσον ἐπὶ τοὺς ποιμένας τοῦ ᾿Ισραήλ, προφήτευσον καὶ εἰπὸν τοῖς ποιμέσι· τάδε λέγει Κύριος Κύριος· ὦ ποιμένες ᾿Ισραήλ, μὴ βόσκουσι ποιμένες ἑαυτούς; οὐ τὰ πρόβατα βόσκουσιν οἱ ποιμένες;

³ἰδοὺ τὸ γάλα κατέσθετε καὶ τὰ ἔρια περιβάλλεσθε καὶ τὸ παχὺ σφάζετε καὶ τὰ πρόβατά μου οὐ βόσκετε.

⁴τὸ ἠσθενηκὸς οὐκ ἐνισχύσατε καὶ τὸ κακῶς ἔχον οὐκ ἐσωματοποιήσατε καὶ τὸ συντετριμμένον οὐ κατεδήσατε καὶ τὸ πλανώμενον οὐκ ἐπεστρέψατε καὶ τὸ ἀπολωλὸς οὐκ ἐζητήσατε καὶ τὸ ἰσχυρὸν κατηργάσασθε μόχθῳ.

⁵καὶ διεσπάρη τά πρόβατά μου διὰ τὸ μὴ εἶναι ποιμένας καὶ ἐγενήθη εἰς κατάβρωμα πᾶσι τοῖς θηρίοις τοῦ ἀγροῦ.

⁶καὶ διεσπάρη τά πρόβατά μου ἐν παντὶ ὄρει καὶ ἐπὶ πᾶν βουνὸν ὑψηλὸν καὶ ἐπὶ προσώπου πάσης τῆς γῆς διεσπάρη, καὶ οὐκ ἦν ὁ ἐκζητῶν οὐδὲ ὁ ἀποστρέφων.

⁷διὰ τοῦτο, ποιμένες, ἀκούσατε λόγον Κυρίου·

⁸ζῶ ἐγώ, λέγει Κύριος Κύριος, εἰ μὴν ἀντὶ τοῦ γενέσθαι τὰ πρόβατά μου εἰς προνομὴν καὶ γενέσθαι τὰ πρόβατά μου εἰς κατάβρωμα πᾶσι τοῖς θηρίοις τοῦ πεδίου, παρὰ τὸ μὴ εἶναι ποιμένας, καὶ οὐκ ἐξεζήτησαν οἱ ποιμένες τὰ πρόβατά μου, καὶ ἐβόσκησαν οἱ ποιμένες ἑαυτούς, τὰ δὲ πρόβατά μου οὐκ ἐβόσκησαν,

⁹ἀντὶ τούτου, ποιμένες,

¹⁰τάδε λέγει Κύριος Κύριος· ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἐπὶ τοὺς ποιμένας καὶ ἐκζητήσω τὰ πρόβατά μου ἐκ τῶν χειρῶν αὐτῶν καὶ ἀποστρέψω αὐτοὺς τοῦ μὴ ποιμαίνειν τὰ πρόβατά μου, καὶ οὐ βοσκήσουσιν ἔτι οἱ ποιμένες αὐτά· καὶ ἐξελοῦμαι τὰ πρόβατά μου ἐκ τοῦ στόματος αὐτῶν. καὶ οὐκ ἔσονται αὐτοῖς ἔτι εἰς κατάβρωμα.

¹¹διότι τάδε λέγει Κύριος Κύριος· ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἐκζητήσω τὰ πρόβατά μου καὶ ἐπισκέψομαι αὐτά.

¹²ὥσπερ ζητεῖ ὁ ποιμὴν τὸ ποίμνιον αὐτοῦ ἐν ἡμέρᾳ, ὅταν ᾖ γνόφος καὶ νεφέλη ἐν μέσῳ προβάτων διακεχωρισμένων, οὕτως ἐκζητήσω τά πρόβατά μου καὶ ἀπελάσω αὐτὰ ἀπὸ παντὸς τόπου, οὗ διεσπάρησαν ἐκεῖ ἐν ἡμέρᾳ νεφέλης καὶ γνόφου.

¹³καὶ ἐξάξω αὐτοὺς ἐκ τῶν ἐθνῶν καὶ συνάξω αὐτοὺς ἀπὸ τῶν χωρῶν καὶ εἰσάξω αὐτοὺς εἰς τὴν γῆν αὐτῶν καὶ βοσκήσω αὐτοὺς ἐπὶ τὰ ὄρη ᾿Ισραὴλ καὶ ἐν ταῖς φάραγξι καὶ ἐν πάσῃ κατοικίᾳ τῆς γῆς·

¹⁴ἐν νομῇ ἀγαθῇ βοσκήσω αὐτοὺς καὶ ἐν τῷ ὄρει τῷ ὑψηλῷ ᾿Ισραὴλ ἔσονται αἱ μάνδραι αὐτῶν· ἐκεῖ κοιμηθήσονται καὶ ἐκεῖ ἀναπαύσονται ἐν τρυφῇ ἀγαθῇ, καὶ ἐν νομῇ πίονι βοσκηθήσονται ἐπὶ τῶν ὀρέων ᾿Ισραήλ.

¹⁵ἐγὼ βοσκήσω τὰ πρόβατά μου καὶ ἐγὼ ἀναπαύσω αὐτά, καὶ γνώσονται ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι Κύριος. τάδε λέγει Κύριος Κύριος·

¹⁶τὸ ἀπολωλὸς ζητήσω καὶ τὸ πλανώμενον ἐπιστρέψω καὶ τὸ συντετριμμένον καταδήσω καὶ τὸ ἐκλεῖπον ἐνισχύσω καὶ τὸ ἰσχυρὸν φυλάξω καὶ βοσκήσω αὐτὰ μετὰ κρίματος.

¹⁷καὶ ὑμεῖς, πρόβατα, τάδε λέγει Κύριος Κύριος· ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ διακρινῶ ἀναμέσον προβάτου καὶ προβάτου, κριῶν καὶ τράγων.

¹⁸καὶ οὐχ ἱκανὸν ὑμῖν ὅτι τὴν καλὴν νομὴν ἐνέμεσθε, καὶ τὰ κατάλοιπα τῆς νομῆς ὑμῶν κατεπατεῖτε τοῖς ποσὶν ὑμῶν; καὶ τὸ καθεστηκὸς ὕδωρ ἐπίνετε, καὶ τὸ λοιπὸν τοῖς ποσὶν ὑμῶν ἐταράσσετε;

¹⁹καὶ τὰ πρόβατά μου τὰ πατήματα τῶν ποδῶν ὑμῶν ἐνέμοντο καὶ τὸ τεταραγμένον ὕδωρ ὑπὸ τῶν ποδῶν ὑμῶν ἔπινον;

²⁰διὰ τοῦτο τάδε λέγει Κύριος Κύριος· ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ διακρινῶ ἀναμέσον προβάτου ἰσχυροῦ καὶ ἀναμέσον προβάτου ἀσθενοῦς.

²¹ἐπὶ ταῖς πλευραῖς καὶ τοῖς ὤμοις ὑμῶν διωθεῖσθε καὶ τοῖς κέρασιν ὑμῶν ἐκερατίζετε καὶ πᾶν τὸ ἐκλεῖπον ἐξεθλίβετε.

²²καὶ σώσω τὰ πρόβατά μου, καὶ οὐ μὴ ὦσιν ἔτι εἰς προνομήν, καὶ κρινῶ ἀναμέσον κριοῦ πρὸς κριόν.

²³καὶ ἀναστήσω ἐπ’ αὐτοὺς ποιμένα ἕνα καὶ ποιμανεῖ αὐτούς, τὸν δοῦλόν μου Δαυίδ, καὶ ἔσται αὐτῶν ποιμήν·

²⁴καὶ ἐγὼ Κύριος ἔσομαι αὐτοῖς εἰς Θεόν, καὶ Δαυὶδ ἄρχων ἐν μέσῳ αὐτῶν· ἐγὼ Κύριος ἐλάλησα.

²⁵καὶ διαθήσομαι τῷ Δαυὶδ διαθήκην εἰρήνης καὶ ἀφανιῶ θηρία πονηρὰ ἀπὸ τῆς γῆς, καὶ κατοικήσουσιν ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ καὶ ὑπνώσουσιν ἐν τοῖς δρυμοῖς.

²⁶καὶ δώσω αὐτοὺς περικύκλῳ τοῦ ὄρους μου· καὶ δώσω τὸν ὑετὸν ὑμῖν, ὑετὸν εὐλογίας.

²⁷καὶ τὰ ξύλα τὰ ἐν τῷ πεδίῳ δώσει τὸν καρπὸν αὐτῶν, καὶ ἡ γῆ δώσει τὴν ἰσχὺν αὐτῆς, καὶ κατοικήσουσιν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς αὐτῶν ἐν ἐλπίδι εἰρήνης, καὶ γνώσονται ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι Κύριος ἐν τῷ συντρίψαι με τὸν ζυγὸν αὐτῶν· καὶ ἐξελοῦμαι αὐτοὺς ἐκ χειρὸς τῶν καταδουλωσαμένων αὐτούς.

²⁸καὶ οὐκ ἔσονται ἔτι ἐν προνομῇ τοῖς ἔθνεσι, καὶ τὰ θηρία τῆς γῆς οὐκέτι μὴ φάγωσιν αὐτούς· καὶ κατοικήσουσιν ἐν ἐλπίδι, καὶ οὐκ ἔσται ὁ ἐκφοβῶν αὐτούς.

²⁹καὶ ἀναστήσω αὐτοῖς φυτὸν εἰρήνης, καὶ οὐκέτι ἔσονται ἀπολλύμενοι λιμῷ ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς καὶ ὀνειδισμὸν ἐθνῶν οὐ μὴ ἐνέγκωσιν ἔτι.

³⁰καὶ γνώσονται ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι Κύριος ὁ Θεὸς αὐτῶν, καὶ αὐτοὶ λαός μου, οἶκος ᾿Ισραήλ, λέγει Κύριος Κύριος.

³¹πρόβατά μου καὶ πρόβατα ποιμνίου μού ἐστε, καὶ ἐγὼ Κύριος ὁ Θεὸς ὑμῶν, λέγει Κύριος Κύριος.

¹And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

²Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say to the shepherds, Thus saith the Lord God; O shepherds of Israel, do shepherds feed themselves? do not the shepherds feed the sheep?

³Behold, ye feed on the milk, and clothe yourselves with the wool, and slay the fat: but ye feed not my sheep.

⁴The weak one ye have not strengthened, and the sick ye have not cherished, and the bruised ye have not bound up, and the stray one ye have not turned back, and the lost ye have not sought; and the strong ye have wearied with labour.

⁵And my sheep were scattered, because there were no shepherds: and they became meat to all the wild beasts of the field.

⁶And my sheep were scattered on every mountain, and on every high hill: yea, they were scattered on the face of the earth, and there was none to seek them out, nor to bring them back.

⁷Therefore, ye shepherds, hear the word of the Lord.

⁸[As] I live, saith the Lord God, surely because my sheep became a prey, and my sheep became meat to all the wild beasts of the field, because there were no shepherds, and the shepherds sought not out my sheep, and the shepherds fed themselves, but fed not my sheep.

⁹For this cause, O shepherds,

¹⁰thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require my sheep at their hands, and will turn them back that they shall not feed my sheep, and the shepherds shall no longer feed them; and I will deliver my sheep out of their mouth, and they shall no longer be meat for them.

¹¹For thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I will seek out my sheep, and will visit them.

¹²As the shepherd seeks his flock, in the day when there is darkness and cloud, in the midst of the sheep that are separated: so will I seek out my sheep, and will bring them back from every place where they were scattered in the day of cloud and darkness.

¹³And I will bring them out from the Gentiles, and will gather them from the countries, and will bring them into their own land, and will feed them upon the mountains of Israel, and in the valleys, and in every inhabited place of the land.

¹⁴I will feed them in a good pasture, on a high mountain of Israel: and their folds shall be there, and they shall lie down, and there shall they rest in perfect prosperity, and they shall feed in a fat pasture on the mountains of Israel.

¹⁵I will feed my sheep, and I will cause them to rest; and they shall know that I am the Lord: thus saith the Lord God.

¹⁶I will seek that which is lost, and I will recover the stray one, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen the fainting, and will guard the strong, and will feed them with judgment.

¹⁷And [as for] you, ye sheep, thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I will distinguish between sheep and sheep, [between] rams and he-goats.

¹⁸And [is it] not enough for you that ye fed on the good pasture, that ye trampled with your feet the remnant of your pasture? and [that] ye drank the standing water, [that] ye disturbed the residue with your feet?

¹⁹So my sheep fed on that which ye had trampled with your feet; and they drank the water that had been disturbed by your feet.

²⁰Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will separate between the strong sheep and the weak sheep.

²¹Ye did thrust with your sides and shoulders, and pushed with your horns, and ye cruelly treated all the sick.

²²Therefore I will save my sheep, and they shall not be any more for a prey; and will judge between ram and ram.

²³And I will raise up one shepherd over them, and he shall tend them, [even] my servant David, and he shall be their shepherd;

²⁴and I the Lord will be to them a God, and David a prince in the midst of them; I the Lord have spoken it.

²⁵And I will make with David a covenant of peace and I will utterly destroy evil beasts from off the land; and they shall dwell in the wilderness, and sleep in the forests.

²⁶And I will settle them round about my mountain; and I will give you the rain, the rain of blessing.

²⁷And the trees that are in the field shall yield their fruit, and the earth shall yield her strength, and they shall dwell in the confidence of peace on their land, and they shall know that I am the Lord, when I have broken their yoke; and I will deliver them out of the hand of those that enslaved them.

²⁸And they shall no more be a spoil to the nations, and the wild beasts of the land shall no more at all devour them; and they shall dwell safely, and there shall be none to make them afraid.

²⁹And I will raise up for them a plant of peace, and they shall no more perish with hunger upon the land, and they shall no more bear the reproach of the nations.

³⁰And they shall know that I am the Lord their God, and they my people. O house of Israel, saith the Lord God,

³¹ye are my sheep, even the sheep of my flock, and I am the Lord your God, saith the Lord God.
